Build SRL's corporate sponsor program.Manage organizational grants, including grant writing and prospecting, keeping a list of grant prospects with due dates, submitting grants and progress reports on time.This includes managing SRL's participation in Colorado Gives Day, Giving Tuesday, annual appeal, organizing a membership drive and end-of year fundraising drive. Chair the SRL Fundraising Committee, including organizing monthly fundraising committee meetings, and recruiting and coordinating volunteers. Manage the overall fundraising aspects of the organization.This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact on the sustainability of the Longmont community, furthering Longmont’s path to a more sustainable future. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Other key duties include event planning, volunteer and program coordination. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the Administration, fundraising, and communications of the organization. The Executive Director is the management leader of Sustainable Resilient Longmont. This part-time, salaried position is based in Longmont, CO. Sustainable Resilient Longmont is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and entrepreneurial leader to serve as its first Executive Director.
